1- "برنامج العمالة الماهرة الفيدرالي"

من اهم شروطه:

وأخيراً اثبات امتلاك اموال كافية للأنفاق عليك وعلى اسرتك بعد قدومك الى كندا

2- "برنامج الحرف الماهرة الفيدرالي"

من اهم شروطه:

في الخطوة الثالثة وبعد التأكد من توافر الشروط في احد البرامج السابقة لديك عليك تقديم ملف شخصي خاص بك على موقع وزارة الهجرة الكندية.

ولتقديم الطلب اولاُ عليك فتح حساب على الموقع بالضغط هنا 
وسوف يعطيك الموقع خيارين لفتح الحساب , احدهماSign in Partner

SecureKey Concierge وهو يستخدم بيانات حسابك البنكي في كندا للتعرف عليك, وبالطبع هذا الاختيار لمن هم في كندا ولديهم حسابات بنكية فيها بالفعل. أما الاختيار الثاني فهو GCKey the Government of Canada credential ويمكن استخدامه من خارج كندا بفتح حساب عبر خطوات بسيطة بادخال بياناتك علي الموقع. 

بعد فتح الحساب مباشرة سوف يعطيك الموقع اختيار للتقديم في انواع من التأشيرات من ضمنها express entry كما في هذه الصورة.

بعدها سوف يوجهك الموقع بعد ذلك لملأ بعض البيانات لتحديد اهليتك في التقديم كما في الصورة التالية.

واذا انطبقت عليك الشروط سوف يطلب منك ادخال personal reference code في الموقع لاستكمال طلب تقديمك واذا لم يكن لديك الرقم فسوف يوجهك الموقع الي الاداة التي تعطيك الرقم والتي أشرنا اليها بالاعلي, وسوف يطلب منك لاحقا التسجيل في قاعدة بيانات الوظائف الكندية jobbank لزيادة فرصة حصولك علي عرض عمل , مما قد يمنحك 600 درجة في طلب التقديم. 

ثالثاً وأخيراً يحتفظ الموقع بطلب تقديمك لمقارنة درجاتك مع المتقدمين الاخرين وفي نهاية كل شهر يتم دعوة 
الحاصلين علي الدرجات الأعلي لاستكمال اجراءات التقديم.

إنفلونزا الخنازير والوقاية منها ومكافحتها!

إنفلونزا الخنازير هو أحد أمراض الجهاز التنفسي التي تسببها فيروسات إنفلونزا تنتمي إلى أسرة أورثوميكسوفيريداي:

 Orthomyxoviridae) التي تؤثر غالباً على الخنازير. هذا النوع من الفيروسات يتسبب بتفشي الإنفلونزا في الخنازير بصورة دورية في عدد من الدول منها الولايات المتحدة والمكسيك وكندا وأمريكا الجنوبية وأوروبا وشرق آسيا.

فيروسات إنفلونزا الخنازير تؤدي إلى إصابات ومستويات مرتفعة من المرض، لكنها تتميز بانخفاض معدلات الوفاة الناتجة عن المرض ضمن الخنازير. وحتى عام 2009 تم التعرف على ستة فيروسات لإنفلونزا الخنازير وهي فيروس الإنفلونزا ج وH1N1 وH1N2 وH3N1 وH3N2 وH2N3.

وتبقى هذه الفيروسات منتشرة ضمن الخنازير على مدار العام، إلا أن معظم حالات الانتشار الوبائية ضمن الخنازير تحدث في أواخر الخريف والشتاء كما هو الحال لدى البشر.

ما هي أعراض المرض؟
يختلف تأثير أنفلونزا الخنازير من إنسان لآخر. فقد لا تظهر على البعض ممن يصيبهم الفيروس سوى أعراض خفيفة، في حين يمرّ البعض الآخر بمضاعفات، مثل الجفاف، أو الالتهاب الرئوي، أو صعوبة في التنفس. وفي الحالات القصوى يمكن أن تسبب أنفلونزا الخنازير الموت.

تتشابه أعراض أنفلونزا الخنازير مع أعراض الأنفلونزا العادية:
- ارتفاع مفاجئ في درجة الحرارة
- الشعور بالتعب
- ألم في الحلق
- سيلان الأنف
- السعال المفاجئ
- الصداع
- آلام وأوجاع في العضلات والمفاصل

كما يمكن أن تسبب أنفلونزا الخنازير ما يلي:
- آلاماً شديدة في البطن
- إسهالاً
- تقيؤاً.
- يمكن أن يكون ارتفاع درجة الحرارة جراء مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير كبيراً جداً: لو كنتِ مصابة بالأنفلونزا العادية، من غير المحتمل أن تتجاوز درجة حرارتك 39 درجة مئوية، أي ما يزيد درجتين عن معدل حرارة الجسم العادية. أما إذا كنتِ مصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير، فيحتمل أن تزيد درجة حرارة جسمك أكثر من ذلك. كما هو الحال في جميع أشكال الأنفلونزا، يكون الأطفال دون سنّ الخامسة أكثر الناس عرضة لخطر الإصابة. إذا كان طفلك يعاني من ارتفاع شديد في درجة الحرارة والشعور بالنعاس، ولا يريد أن يتفاعل مع الآخرين، ولا يريد أن يأكل أي شيء، وفي الحالات الشديدة، يجد صعوبة في التنفس، فاستشيري الطبيبة.

ما هي الإرشادات العامة للوقاية من الانفلونزا؟
كيفية الوقاية من أنفلونزا الخنازير H1N1

- غسل اليدين بالماء والصابون أو المطهر عدة مرات يوميا.

- تغطية الأنف والفم عند العطس أو السعال واستخدام المناديل الورقية والتخلص منها بطريقة صحية.

- الاكتفاء بالمصافحة عند السلام.

- عند ظهور أعراض الأنفلونزا ولمنع انتقال المرض يفضل المكوث فى المنزل والحفاظ على مسافة لا تقل عن متر عند مخالطة الآخرين.

- تجنب لمس العين والأنف أو الفم باليدين إلا بعد غسلهما جيدا.

- تنظيف الأسطح والأدوات الصلبة التى يتم لمسها بالمنظفات عدة مرات يوميا.

- أخذ الحيطة و الحرص فى الأماكن المزدحمة والمغلقة وذلك بارتداء قناع واقٍ فى الأماكن شديدة الازدحام.

- التأكد من التزام الأطفال بهذه الإجراءات.

منتخب قطر بطلاً لكأس آسيا للمرة الأولى في تاريخه

 

حقق منتخب قطر لقب كأس آسيا لأول مرة في تاريخه، بعدما تغلب على اليابان بثلاثة أهداف مقابل هدف، اليوم الجمعة، في المباراة النهائية للبطولة والتي أقيمت على ملعب مدينة زايد الرياضية.

وسقط المنتخب الياباني لأول مرة في تاريخه في المباراة النهائية للبطولة الآسيوية، بعدما حقق العلامة الكاملة سابقًا، بحصد اللقب 4 مرات من أصل 4 مشاركات في النهائي.

سجل أهداف قطر المعز علي، عبد العزيز حاتم وأكرم عفيف في الدقائق 12، 27 و83، بينما أحرز تاكومي مينامينو هدف اليابان الوحيد، في الدقيقة 69.

بدأ المنتخب الياباني المباراة بضغط هجومي في الدقائق الأولى، وسط تراجع من نظيره القطري للخطوط الخلفية.

رغم ذلك، استطاع العنابي مباغتة اليابان بهدف أول من أول فرصة حقيقية بعد مرور 12 دقيقة على بداية المباراة، بعدما تسلم المعز علي كرة داخل منطقة الجزاء، قبل أن يوجهها بضربة مقصية رائعة إلى داخل الشباك.
